Review:   It isn't often that I will stay at a hotel near Narita. In fact out of 50 or so trips in and
out of Japan, I think it only happened twice. But the Washington Hotel is a bit of a find. Nice
business class rooms at reasonable prices and a surprisingly good restaurant.
