Review: The Cleveland area abounds in "Japanese Steak Houses" that take the already fake teppanyaki and call it "hibachi". But if you can get over the affront and avert the eyes from the travesty while you make your way to the sushi bar area, you might get a pleasant surprise. Daishin is such a place. The ownership is Korean and there are a couple of Korean dishes on the menu. The sushi is satisfactory and in fact the chirashizushi that I had was quite good. As you can see from the pictures, the presentation is quite nice.
