Review: Inaka
Sushi is between the two large Lawrence Cinema-plexes that straddle
Rt-114 near the North Andover line. The atmosphere is very pleasant,
somehow managing a nice feeling for a date while still being bright
and airy. The boat was nicely done with even counts so there was no
need
for negotiation and bartering. Some of you may know that one of my
tests
is to see if the salmon (sake) has the too wet surface that occurs when
the knife is not sharp enough. Well Inaka passed that test. The pieces
of all the sushi were cut properly and were very fresh. Some of you
will
also appreciate that the pieces were quite large. Overall quite
enjoyable.
When I visit friends in the Andover, Lawrence, North Andover area then
Inaka Sushi is a real possibility.
