Review: The Pho Pasteur in Chestnut Hill has stepped into the sushi business in their more upscale Chestnut Hill location. A meal with the addition of some sake cost $63 before the tip and the quality of the sushi was fine although not remarkable. The Miso soup was quite good with a decent grade of miso, but the appetizer was a little too oily and the sauce too sweet to go with sushi. I will say that if you are in the Atrium Mall area then this restaurant is a good choice.
