Review: Shinano on Cleveland's Eastside in Richmond Heights is one of the most authentic Japanese sushi places that I have eaten at in the country. The selection, preparation, and freshness are all outstanding. The cooked foods also rate as highly. The only downside is the price and even that is not so bad as to discourage me. Four of us ate there with salads and appetizers some cooked courses like aji fry, a sashimi deluxe, a sushi deluxe, 2 large ice cream desserts, a large sake and 2 mixed drinks with the bill including tip being $162.00
